The Brief
Leigh & Jeremy wanted their home to be as comfortable as a well-loved jeans, and compliment the coastal location. A circle feature window was also a must. "We knew our sloping site was going to be one of the biggest challenges".

The Plan
Opting for our Design & Build service to accommodate the sloping site the Leigh and Jeremy opted for a Signature Homes Design & Build service with our North Shore & Rodney franchise. They wanted the layout to maximise the sea views across to Whangapaora as well as introduce difference family zones. Most of the living can be found upstairs, with a great connection from the living to outdoor decking - the perfect spot for Leigh’s Swedish-style Spa.

The Materials
The brief was to create an uncluttered look and to use a lot of natural materials. The American Oak flooring and expansive staircase are luxurious features, with other extravagancies such as character skirting boards and a vintage-look Smeg oven.

Something Special
Leigh and Mark wanted their bedroom to feel like a coastal retreat, a space to relax after a busy day outdoors. Dual sinks and ample shower space makes for a luxurious room, that’s uniquely theirs.
