The Brief

The Plan
Kimberley and Alec, settled on our popular bellbird plan, from Signature Homes Smart Collection of plans. The generous 162m2 of internal living, combined with the open plan Kitchen and dining, plus double car garaging was a real selling point.

The Design
While Kimberley & Alec decided on a Signature Homes pre-designed plan, their new home consultant helped them to tweak the plan slightly to accommodate for their growing family. Additional features included, the addition of an attic for extra storage, turning the flexi-room/fourth bedroom into an extra living space for the Kids to enjoy, plus more.

The Materials
Long vertical windows were introduced inviting sunlight and warmth into the main living areas, setting the tone for a light-filled family home. Red brick was chosen to add a point of difference from the surrounding black-brick clad houses within the development.
