Capturing the picturesque views of the Whangarei Harbour and modern living was the motivators behind the design and build of Diane and David’s new home. To suit their site and needs, they opted for a contemporary design with lots of natural light and indoor-outdoor flow.

To make their new build process more manageable, Diane and David opted for Signature Homes pre-designed Caloundra plan from our Pacific Collection of plans. This plan prioritises outdoor living, maximises indoor-outdoor flow and celebrates the stunning views.

The honed-block entrance doors bordered by stack-bonded block makes for an impressive arrival. The coastal vibe of the home is reinforced with weatherboard cladding. Colorsteel roofing and trim in Ironsand gives a crisp finish.
