Roger Ford, Director at Signature Homes Bay of Plenty & Coromandel, brings over three decades of financial experience to the forefront. With a rich background in executive roles at First Mortgage Trust, Roger has honed his expertise in general management, finance, and team leadership, recognising the importance of client service in any business.

Roger's passion for the building industry stems from his hands-on experience, having been through two new build projects himself, and having worked for New Zealand’s largest non-bank property lender.

At Signature Homes Bay of Plenty & Coromandel, Roger helps lead a skilled team who share the passion of delivering quality homes to their clients.

Roger has called Tauranga home for the past 13 years. His roots trace back to Canterbury, and his life journey includes four years playing cricket professionally and eight years living in London. In his downtime, Roger enjoys spending time with his family - his wife Peta and their two children, Jamie and Josh - and following sport.
