Nick Fleetwood

Nick's experience working in residential building for over 12 years puts his skill set right where it needs to be for your next new home build. He has now built over 100 new homes in and around Canterbury including spacious high-end family homes, compact bach getaways, couples' downsized homes and townhouse investment dwellings.

Before Joining Signature Homes, Nick operated his own housing company for 10 years where he gained invaluable insights into ways clients can save money where they need to and how to avoid the pitfalls of overcomplicating the build process.

Clients enjoy working with Nick because of his experience, attention to detail, solution-focused approach. His personable and trustworthy manner is also what past clients feedback on consistently.

Nick is a born and bred Cantabrian, married with two young boys. Nick has built his own houses and is able to provide support and understanding to clients as they make decisions along the way.
