Julia Houghton

Julia comes from a sales background; including a recent role as an NHC with a local developer and a position as a licensed Salesperson for Harcourts Real Estate. She is currently building with Signature Homes so understands the process from a client’s perspective and the many questions that come with this!  

Julia enjoys working closely alongside clients to form trusting relationships and guide them to achieve their dream home, she appreciates that there are hundreds of decisions to make over the build journey. Empathetic, a great listener and committed to helping others achieve their goals, it is so important to her that all clients feel confident in their decisions throughout this exciting process and that no question is left unanswered.

Julia feels that there is a number of things that are important when it comes to building- “I think the most important thing is that the client is educated on the process and feels confident from the start. Building a home is a huge commitment and requires a lot of decisions. I think if the client feels confident and supported when making these decisions it can make a huge difference in how smooth the process feels. I also think it is incredibly important that there is consistent communication between us and the client. We are here for them right throughout this journey– offering as little or as much support as they want!” 

In her spare time, she loves to get outside for adventures with her two dogs or onto the trail with her horse.
