Jen Schellenberg

Jen is originally from the United States and has been working for Signature Homes Christchurch North for over 3 years. 

Prior to moving to NZ, Jen worked for a home builder in Colorado for three years, and since moving to Christchurch she has helped multiple clients with first homes, Design & Build dream homes and investment properties. 

Jen believes building a new home should be fun and exciting, and ultimately an easy process. Her goal is to walk each client through the process carefully to ensure they are getting everything they expect from their new home. 

Jen focuses on open communication and honest feedback with her clients, ensuring she attends site meetings and handovers for everyone she helps build their new home.
