Charlotte helps ensure clients receive a seamless building journey, juggling the Construction Team’s needs with her signature flair. With a diverse background spanning construction, banking, and even dabbling in importing Italian food and wine, she’s a pro at rolling with the punches and delivering great customer service.
Charlotte thrives on challenges, seeing each one as an opportunity to grow and learn. She’s a firm believer in the power of feedback, always coming from a place of empathy to make sure every client feels heard & valued. When she’s not in the office, Charlotte is busy with her seven-year-old daughter, her passion for travel, driven by a desire to explore and immerse herself in new cultures.
