Originally founded in 1983 under the ownership of Fletcher Challenge, we've become one of New Zealand's most well known and respected residential building companies. A number of our team members and builders, New Zealand wide, have been involved with Signature Homes since its inception.

Convenience

We provide a 'one stop solution' for all your design and construction needs, including House and Land Packages. We can assist you with subdividing your land or removing an existing dwelling, knock down and rebuild projects, or a comprehensive House & Land Package. We can also assist you in obtaining finance. And if you're too busy to come and see us during working hours, we are more than happy to come and see you after hours.

We are, and always have been, New Zealand owned and operated, and our design collections are created right here in New Zealand to suit our unique environment. We employ some of the best designers and builders New Zealand has to offer, as well as a wide range of options to suit Kiwi homeowners, from home and land packages to house removal and subdividing projects.

Our Systems

As well as our 300-point Quality Management Programme, Signature Homes has developed purpose-built, award-winning internet based project management software, which records the entire building process, sets time frames and tracks and centralises data. We call this system The Signature Way and the data it collects is constantly analysed in order to benchmark and improve our performance.
