Mates in Construction
While we have made significant progress towards full gender diversity within our organisation, we are also acutely aware that the industry in general and construction sites in particular remain male-dominated. Given, then, that our industry carries the highest level of workplace suicides, we see it as a key part of our corporate responsibility to address men’s mental health in particular. Signature Homes is a partner of Mates in Construction and, alongside them, we’re rolling out a suicide-prevention programme on our building sites across Aotearoa New Zealand.
