Our market-leading guarantees

We offer industry-leading guarantees at every stage of your build – before, during, and after. From our Fixed Price Guarantee to independent backing by Residential Indemnity Ltd (RIL), you can build with confidence and peace of mind.

Fixed Price Guarantee

When you build with Signature Homes, the price in the contract is what you’ll pay, with no hidden extras. This is subject to the terms and conditions in your Signature Homes Building Agreement.

Home Completion Guarantee

In the unlikely event that your local Signature Homes franchise cannot complete your home, RIL steps in to ensure it gets done.

Guaranteed Completion Date

Once your concrete slab is down, you’ll get a guaranteed completion date.

Ten-Year Structural Guarantee

While your Signature Home will look great, what you can’t see is just as important. In the unlikely event that you discover structural defects, you’ll be 100% covered for up to 10 years.

Two-Year Service Guarantee

Even with a well-constructed new home, you can sometimes spot non-structural defects that need fixing. It’s unlikely you’ll find any in your new Signature Home, but if you do, we’ll come and resolve it for two years after the build is completed.

Ten-Year Weather-tightness Guarantee

Our expert builders, excellent materials and rigorous quality control processes mean we can guarantee your home will stay warm and dry for the long term.

Residential Indemnity Ltd

Since 2007, our home construction and post-build guarantees have been backed by Residential Indemnity Ltd (RIL), an independent company established by Signature Homes to safeguard our clients and deliver on our guarantees programme.

This makes us the only building company in New Zealand offering the most comprehensive coverage, designed entirely with our clients in mind. Operating separately from the Signature Homes franchises, RIL ensures the highest levels of financial and home protection during your build and well into the future.
